Maintenance of Hydraulic Oil Circuit
1、Oil Level and Oil Temperature Monitoring: Check the oil level of the oil tank once a week. When the oil level is lower than the marked position of the oil window, hydraulic oil should be added in a timely manner; during operation, the system oil temperature needs to be controlled between 35°C and 60°C. If it exceeds 70°C, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection to prevent the deterioration of oil quality and damage to components.
2、Replacement Cycle of Hydraulic Oil
(1)This machine recommends using ISOHM46 or MOBILDTE25 hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil needs to be replaced every 4000 - 6000 working hours.
(2)For a new machine, the first oil change should be carried out after running for 2000 hours. Each time the oil is changed, the oil tank must be cleaned simultaneously to ensure the cleanliness of the oil circuit.
