1、Component Cleaning: Clean hydraulic base plates, valves, motors, pumps, oil pipes and other components once a month to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system. At the same time, check for deformations, damages and other abnormal conditions at the bent parts of the oil pipes.
2、Fastening Maintenance: After a new machine is used for one month, the connection parts of each oil pipe and components need to be checked; after two months of use, all component connection parts should be tightened when the equipment is shut down and the system is under no pressure to ensure firm connection.
