Uncoiling Machine

**Coil parameters**: Select the machine model according to the width of the color steel (such as 1000mm/1250mm), thickness (0.3 - 1.2mm), and inner diameter (usually 508/610mm).

**Production line speed**: A high-speed production line (＞50m/min) requires the installation of high-response hydraulic valves and servo control.

**Additional functions**: If needed, an automatic feeding cart or a laser centering system can be installed.

**Hydraulic expansion reel**: It expands by pressurizing the hydraulic oil, firmly clamping the inner diameter of the color steel coil to prevent slipping.

**Hydraulic motor**: It provides stable power, supports forward and reverse rotation as well as stepless speed regulation to adapt to different production line speeds.

**Material pressing arm**: The pressing roller is hydraulically driven to prevent coil loosening or unwinding, especially for thin-layer color steel (above 0.3mm).

**PLC control system**: It integrates functions such as tension control, automatic deviation correction, and fault alarm to achieve intelligent operation.
