It is strictly prohibited to put on or take off clothes or wrap cloth around the body beside the running machine to prevent injury caused by being caught in the equipment. A work cap must be worn during work, and long hair should be coiled into the cap. Wearing skirts and slippers is prohibited.
Equipment Lubrication Requirements: All parts of the color steel tile press should maintain a good lubrication state. Operators need to add lubricating oil once a shift; maintenance workers should conduct lubrication maintenance on the rolling bearing parts once every six months.
The color steel tile press is only applicable to processing metal plates such as steel plates and aluminum plates whose thickness meets the rated value of the machine, and the surface should be free of hard marks, welding slag, slag inclusions, and welds. Processing materials beyond the specified thickness is strictly prohibited.
Roller Clearance Adjustment: According to the actual thickness of the production material, precisely adjust the roller clearance to ensure processing accuracy.
Equipment Test Run: Before operation, run the equipment without load for 1 - 3 minutes. After confirming that the operation status is normal, production operations can be carried out.
Feed Width Adjustment: After replacing the steel coil, the width of the feed baffle needs to be adjusted in a timely manner to maintain appropriate tightness and avoid affecting the processing quality due to improper width.
